Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure reservations. Payments can be accepted in JPY, USD or CHF at current exchange rates. The OSSI Terms & Conditions apply. As a non-profit organization, we operate with limited financial reserves, which restricts our ability to issue deposit refunds. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all participants secure cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Once you lock in your spot, we’ll hook you up with all the essential details—everything from airport pickups and hotel info to what gear to bring, how to prep for the backcountry, and tips for navigating Japanese ski culture.
You’ll get the full rundown on our itinerary, accommodation, transfers, packing lists, skill requirements, and how to make the most of your Japow adventure, including insider advice on onsens, local eats, and après-ski.
We’ll also share money matters, insurance requirements, and all the nitty-gritty so you can just focus on getting stoked and ready to shred.
