OSSI and Lynn organised this 2 week trip well: a ski tour everyday and a hotel with an onsen. A variety of terrain, we were in the slow skinners group which suited us. Our highlight would going up Asahidake on a bluebird day and skiing down to the fumeroles. Great company of international like minded folks made it sociable but also space if you needed it. You just need to turn up at the airport and be taken off to explore the pow! A couple of members in our group rented out top quality touring set up so they only packed their ski boots. Highly recommended! Thanks Lynn.

As a lover of adventure with a good amount of free time I was looking at some international trips but didn’t want to go alone as my usual ski friends often can’t get away from work and family to do big trips. I then found Lynn and Offpiste Skiers and Snowboarders International (OSSI). At first I had some apprehensions joining a new group but after the first two trips it was clear that Lynn was talented at taking care of the details and seeking out the best snow.  I’ve since gone on two more trips traveling from the USA to N. Macedonia and Japan and I’m keen to jump on more trips.  If you’re looking for small groups chasing powder in foreign places then I definitely recommend OSSI trips!

The Japowsome trip was a blast. Lynn has organised the trip throughout the two weeks perfectly from the first day until the last day. Everything from the mountain guides over the accommodations to the Transport from the Airport to the Hotels were very well managed.

On top of the overall excellent organization made by Lynn we were super lucky with the weather which was a 10/10. Before the trip to Japan some expectation had been made but everything I have experienced there exceeded my expectations. That‘s the reason why I have booked another trip to go to Japan in the coming season!

I am looking forward to many more powder runs with the OSSI gang!

I had an amazing time with OSSI in Japan! Lynn is an amazing organizer (and skiier!). The skiing locations had great terrain and a lot of powder. The accomodation was very nice with a onsen. The group had an overall high level.

We were in Japan for 2 weeks and had soo much powder. The powder in Japan is insane, it’s suuper fluffy! We did a few single days of backcountry skiing with an excellent guide. He showed us really nice spots and spoke excellent English.

One of my best memories from the trip is the day we did cat skiing, and I found multiple huge boulders to shoot out from into magical bottomless powder.

This trip was pure freeride bliss. Japan completely blew me away – that dry, silky powder is simply in a league of its own. But what truly made the trip unforgettable was Lynn’s way of guiding: professional, attentive, and with an incredible sense for what the group needs in each moment. She thinks of everything, stays calm when the unexpected happens, and creates an atmosphere where you can focus 100% on riding powder. For me, it was one of the best freeride trips of my life – and definitely not the last one with offpisteinternational.com to Japan. And honestly, with Lynn I’d go powder skiing anywhere in the world!

Huge kudo for an amazing weekend! The avalanche training was incredibly valuable, providing up-to-date insights in a clear and practical way on avalance avoidance and first responder rescue. The mix of theory and practice made a big difference, and the open discussions helped deepen the understanding of avalanche risks.

On top of that, we learned useful off-piste techniques that have already come in handy on other trips. The whole experience was both educational and fun – I’m already looking forward to the next one!

On-piste friends are a dime a dozen, easy to make on a lift or in a bar. Off-piste buddies is a niche market, especially if you live away from a resort. I have struggled to find others that would be willing to go side-country much less off-piste. Skiing off-piste alone is not something I would ever do and guides get expensive. Dear Powder Friends, I was catsking with Lynn in North Macedonia in February 2024. For me this week was perfect in all respects. The organization was flawless and the participants were all well prepared and skied very well, so no waiting times were necessary and the days were very intense. I have already signed up again for another powder adventure that Lynn is organizing in Japan in February 2025… looking forward to the next intensive powder runs under the motto no friends on powderdays 🙂

I had an incredible experience on the off-piste skiing tour in Argentina last year, organized by Lynn. Her meticulous planning weeks in advance ensured everything went smoothly, and the trip was truly unforgettable. The group was fantastic, and the spot she chose was absolutely fabulous. Hello. I was in North Macedonia with Lynn last year. ⛷️ The trip was incredible, nice people and really well organized by Lynn and the organizer. We were very lucky to start the week with fresh powder. The snow groomer took us to fantastic runs with all levels from easy to difficult. Amazing skiing all week😍❄️😍 To end the week, a lovely evening in the capital Skopje including exploring the nightlife. 🍲🥳🍻 I can only recommend this experience to everyone. Hello everyone, I went last winter to North Macedonia with Lynn and some members from the ski group and it was a really nice ski trip, very fun and friendly! I knew Lynn already from the community and had the chance to meet different people from my city but also across the globe, with the passion of skiing as well. These kind of trips are a must for any ski lover!

I joined a trip to Japan that Lynn organized last season. Everything was really well put together, transportation, accommodation, guide. Totally recommend!

Hey guys, I met Lynn via Facebook and went to Argentina with her in August, it was amazing, met the most wonderful people, life long friends. Hi all! I went with Lynn and a squad of 12 to North Macedonia last winter and it was an outstanding trip. We had a large snow-cat for the whole week and skied and snowboarded together the whole time. The organisation was exemplary, the transfers, hotel and restaurant food was all organised and the snow-cat left on time from the parking opposite the hotel. I’m already looking forward to the next trip.
